MoonPay and Trust Wallet Forge Multi-Year Partnership to Simplify Crypto Transactions

MoonPay, a leading cryptocurrency payments firm, has entered a strategic multi-year agreement with Trust Wallet, the world's top self-custody wallet. The partnership aims to streamline fiat-to-crypto conversions for millions of users directly within the Trust Wallet app.

Under the deal, MoonPay becomes the primary provider for Trust Wallet's 'Buy Crypto' feature, initially launching in the U.S. before expanding globally. The integration builds upon their existing relationship dating back to 2020, when MoonPay's on-ramp was first incorporated, followed by off-ramp capabilities in 2023.

The collaboration combines MoonPay's global payment infrastructure with Trust Wallet's extensive user base and security features. Users gain access to localized payment methods across 190+ countries, with MoonPay serving as the default buy/sell solution. "This aligns two major forces in crypto," said MoonPay CEO Ivan Soto-Wright, emphasizing their shared mission to make digital assets accessible.
